• Install, configure and maintain network hardware and software including desktop, server and Network equipment. Analyze and isolate issues. Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. Evaluate and modify system's performance.
•Identify, troubleshoot, solve and document network connectivity and performance issues.
•Manage network security tools, e.g., firewall, anti-virus and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware in the IT environment.
• Desktop support, Customer Support.
• Setup security policies for users
• Application installation, upgrading and Troubleshooting.
• System Monitoring, Reporting.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Develop training and work level instruction manuals for the environment.
• Respond to email, phone or walk-in issues for customers seeking help.
• Work with core Team to support the customer roadmap, inventory and changes to the environment
• Lead change efforts, creating required documentation to discuss changes to the environment
• Work with 3rd party vendors to fully understand install and support requirements for systems
• Work with end-user and other support staff to resolve connectivity issues

•Project Management Services like Redmine, SVN, Bamboo, Jira etc.
• Datacenter Administration ESX VMware Administration.
